Blood Donation Day at CTI

Charles Telfair Institute, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life, organised a mobile blood collection on Monday 17 March 2014. The theme chosen this year was "To the Young and Healthy, it's no loss. To the sick, it's the hope of life".

This activity has enabled us to collect 116 pints of blood for the Blood Bank and we would like to extend our sincere thanks to all who have helped save lives! "It makes us feel proud to see our students and staff donate their blood." mentioned Bennon Soobiah, Events Manager at CTI. "It's an event we shall surely repeat again during the year." he added.
