JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Junior Social Media Designer, you will focus on designing eye-catching graphic artworks and creating engaging short videos that captivate our audience across various social media platforms. You will collaborate with our digital marketing team to develop and execute creative content strategies that align with our clients’ objectives. This position is perfect for someone with a creative flair, a keen eye for design and a passion for social media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement creative content strategies for social media.
– Design high-quality graphic artworks that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
– Create engaging short videos for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
– Assist in brainstorming and conceptualising creative ideas for social media campaigns.
– Ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand and optimised for each social media platform.
– Edit and refine graphics and videos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media design and content creation.
– Assist in managing social media content calendars to ensure timely delivery of posts.
– Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise content.

REQUIREMENTS
– Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software.
– Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or Capcut.
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
