Overview

Croesus Treasury Management Ltd (Croesus), a thriving financial services firm is currently seeking a talented candidate to join its team as treasury officer.

Education:   Degree in Accounting, Finance or mathematics, currently doing ACCA at least level 2.

Key Attributes:

At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm or the global business sector

A team player with a high level of integrity

Ability to read and write professional communications, especially emails, in both French and English

Capable of working effectively with minimal supervision

Market analysis capabilities or strong interest thereof

Organized and detail oriented

Ability to juggle with different projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Tasks:

–      Process and record business transactions;

–      Ensure that transactions are processed on a timely basis;

–      Compile transactions and perform account reconciliation;

–      Handle transactions and perform follow-up;

–      Prepare payments, bank transfers and handle bank transactions;

–  Ensure timely and accurate compilation of monthly transaction reports and  submit report to management as per prescribed deadlines;

–  Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely;

– Assist in designing, implementing and maintaining audit-compliant internal financial controls;

–  Prepare staff payroll administrations, including fringe benefit computations;

– Perform any other cognate duties as assigned by the management, but not limited to handling accounts payable/receivable and general accounting tasks.
