Role Overview:

As an Investment Data Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will provide essential financial accounting support and administrative assistance to our investment team and Portfolio Managers. Your responsibilities will include managing transactions, generating reports, and ensuring smooth client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Operations Management: Input and reconcile banking transactions to maintain precise records.

·         Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports for our Family Office, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

·         Account Monitoring: Follow up on negative accounts, manage client transfers, and oversee management fees.

·         Client Support: Address and track clients’ requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

·         Error Management: Identify and correct errors promptly to maintain data integrity.

·         Documentation: Write, submit, and file essential reports to support organizational transparency and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor in Banking or Finance
0 to 2 years of experience in related fields
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in financial data management and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using financial software and tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
