Overview
Our Clients are recruiting young, dynamic, enthusiastic self-starter Management Interns to join our team! You will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of all aspects of our business, including the development and execution of strategies, plans, budgets, products, Sales, Marketing, Finance, I.T, Operations, Human Resources, M & A/Legal and Supply Chain/ logistics. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running a company.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Work in all areas to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, finance, I.T, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, operations, human resources, and M & A/ Legal.
- Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
- Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position
- Report on the progress of goals and objectives
- Observe experienced workers acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties
- Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, customer service as needed
- Attend periodic evaluations.
- Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program.
- Keep track of business revenue
- Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
- Drive daily operations and service of all areas of business
- Participate in the recruiting process
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
- Ensure proper documentation and training of employees
- Ensure correct and timely reporting
- Communicate effectively with all staff members
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Provide support to the management team

Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field
Previous experience an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, Business Softwares and Applications
Knowledge of current industry trends
