Overview
Requirements:
– Degree Holder in IT (Application/User support/Networking)
– Excellent communication (French & English)
– Experience in the sector would be an advantage
Placement: Design & Implement Technology Solutions
– Receives and assess requests high-level for changes to technology and cybersecurity landscape.
– Assists in documentation of design, implementation and testing.
– Assists in project management activities:
i. Risk Management
ii. Cost management
iii. Schedule Management
iv. Stakeholder management
v. Vendor Management
– Receives support ticket escalations to assess, respond and re-route and re-route.
– Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures. Promptly allocates calls as appropriate. Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records.
– Responds to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment.
– Promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate.
– Informs users about the process and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
– Can troubleshoot first level desktop applications and corporate applications and articulate the issue and analysis done during troubleshooting
– Assist with posting IT and Facilities invoices
– Creation of purchase orders, Vendor forms
– Liaising with Finance Team for Due Diligence
