The available position is for a 3-months internship with the possibility of a permanent full-time offer being made thereafter based on performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparation of Credit Intelligence Reports, Credit Assessment Reports for companies located in Mauritius, the Indian Ocean Region and rest of the world.
• Provide support in preparing Credit Structuring Files and other Market Intelligence Reports
• Carry out credit risk underwriting
• Carrying out data analytics and producing reports as and when required
• Data entry in credit assessment templates and database
• Gathering information from various sources such as the Registrar of Companies, Regulatory bodies and other information providers
• Providing support to management as and when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum qualification is a strong and excellent SC and HSC results.
• A degree in Finance, Business Management or any relevant field or ACCA L2 will be an advantage.
• A good understanding of financial statements and ratios.
• Someone who enjoys numbers and has an analytical mind.
• Ability to work under pressure and respecting deadlines.
• Should demonstrate willingness to learn.
• Commitment to delivering high quality deliverables in short amount of time.
• Thorough understanding and mastering of Microsoft Office especially Excel would be a strong edge
