Overview

Tasks:
• Follow the company defined processes, procedures and policies
• Administer tools that support the asset management process for the effective tracking and monitoring of IT
equipment
• Connect and set up hardware, software and communication systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software or other network and system problems
• Conduct preventive maintenance for all IT hardware & Software and replace any defective components
when necessary
• Promptly respond to IT -related incidents and service requests
• Operate, maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environment
• Review any related documentation in accordance with IT best practices for computer hardware and software
• Ensure that all security, data -confidentiality, data -protection and data -privacy requirements are met
• Able to manage the IT operations while always keeping in focus Staffs’ satisfaction
• Accountable for ensuring that all issues and requests are attended in a timely manner
Profile
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as IT Support Officer or any related position
• CompTIA A+, N+
• Any degree in IT will be a definite advantage
• Knowledge of MS Windows environment including MS Office Suite, Active Directory, Firewall, Anti -Virus

• Basic understanding of network topology & connectivity
• Good problem -solving and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good troubleshooting knowledge for; Laptops / Desktops PC / IP Phones / Printers / Scanners
