We are recruiting a Junior Community Manager to join our Social Media department.

JOB DESCRIPTION/TASKS
– Creative writing and communicating via social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
– Monitoring trends in social media communication and sharing the best practices to further develop our content creation
– Supporting the Community Manager in planning and executing monthly communication strategies & social campaigns across social media
– Analyzing the performance of content shared and derive conclusions to constantly bring our content to the next level
– Stay up to date with current trends and bring forward ideas and concepts for content creation & event ideation
– Ability to write and speak English & French perfectly while being fluent in Creole as well
– Ability to monitor social media platforms during and out of office hours
– Potential to perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of digital marketing activities
– Understanding of social media platforms, media buying processes and additional social media management tools
– A strong attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team and under tight deadlines
