Overview

The main responsibilities of the HRO will be to provide support and assistance to the Group Head of Human Resources in:

– Following up the daily HR operations in the group companies
– Implement Group HR policies at companies’ level
– Work together with the respective GMs and HODs to devise and implement the HR strategies

Candidate Profile and Qualifications:

– Degree in Human Resource Management/ Organisational Psychology or BSC in Management
– Working experience of 1 year in a similar position is desirable
– Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– Excellent time management and organisational skills
– Result-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines
– Able to work as a team and be dependable
– Strong analytical, administration, communication and presentation skills
