Degree Holder in IT, Electronic, Telecommunications or related field
CCNA Certification or equivalent desirable
Knowledge of Cisco switches and routers, Security devices
Knowledge of Riverbed appliances would be an advantage
1-2 years working experience in IT or Telecom as a pre-requisite
Duties

Troubleshooting on WAN links with a special focus on ADSL, TSDL, FTTH
Troubleshoot network related issues on LAN/ WAN and knowledge of ONE Access, Cisco, Juniper and Bintec routers desirable
Escalation to appropriate network providers and third-parties
