Overview
Project management duties
- Adhere to project deadlines and ensure delivery according to approved timelines.
- Perform all project administration tasks, including project planning, work breakdown
structure creation, data input, record-keeping, follow-up, and reporting on all projects.
Keep files and databases free of unnecessary duplicates or unused data. - Assist in the technical conception of websites and web/mobile applications, using visual
aids like schemas, diagrams, and flowcharts. - Coordinate clients’ projects, schedule meetings, and develop documents, such as
reports, to monitor production activities. - Assign tasks to internal teams, providing all necessary information to facilitate the work,
and offer technical assistance to meet project requirements. - Provide desktop support by resolving tickets.
- Follow up on client requests and undertake website maintenance through necessary
interventions, escalating information or assigning tasks to team members. - Collaborate with the team in project development to create relevant documentation.
- Define service level agreements for projects and maintenance.
- Monitor issue/bug resolution.
- Act as a quality assurance tester to ensure that work aligns with client requirements, has been proofread, adheres to composition and graphic design standards, and is free of bugs.
- Assist in the “upload to live” process.
- Maintain open communication with the client throughout all project stages and raise concerns if the project is delayed for any reason.
- Perform any other related duties that may be necessary under the circumstances or required by the employer.
- Ensure that requirements are met by conducting comprehensive quality checks at each stage of the project.
