Job description

Talent Sourcing:

Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).

Candidate Screening:

Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure they meet the required job specifications.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles for better sourcing.

Job Ad Creation & Placement:

Write compelling job advertisements and post them on relevant job boards and platforms to attract suitable applicants.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline for future recruitment needs.
