Overview
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project and Finance Administrator located in Quatre Bornes. As a Project and Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing project finances, tracking expenses, creating budgets, and preparing financial reports. You will also assist in project planning, coordination, and monitoring project progress. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
Experience in project coordination and administration
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using financial software and tools
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
Experience in the creative industry is a plus
