Mission Description
● Ensuring client satisfaction by actively engaging with clients and addressing their needs and concerns.
● Assisting in the creation and validation of new projects, including verifying supplier and client profiles, validating legal documents, and processing Purchase Orders.
● Collaborating with suppliers and clients to validate timesheets and resolve any issues that may arise.
● Monitoring and supporting the renewal of projects following the receipt of Purchase Orders.
● Maintaining close alignment with the Account Manager and providing support as needed.
● Collaborating with the finance team to ensure a smooth billing process.
● Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales administration processes by providing valuable feedback and suggestions.
● Providing support for any other business needs as required.

Profile Requirement
Pursuing a degree in Communication, Management, IT, Business, or similar fields.
Enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (proficiency in a third language is a plus).
Ability to tackle complexity and demonstrate an analytical mindset.
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
