Overview

We are looking for 15 highly motivated graduates with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving to be able to study various SAP areas such as Finance, Logistics, Human Resources and Technology. Selected trainees will study the relevant SAP products that they are selected for, and thereafter have the opportunity to write an exam to obtain a global SAP certification. The traineeship is planned for a duration of 12 months including the written exam. We plan on then offering fulltime employment to the most successful trainees.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Access to online training material will be provided. The trainee will be expected to study the material, keep on track with the pace of the course, and complete the training within a given time frame.
• We will conduct regular internal assessments, and only qualifying trainees will remain in the program.
• If the trainee qualifies, they will write a proctored 3-hour exam to obtain a Global SAP Certification.
• Trainees are required to self-study remotely and will be required to come into an office occasionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently, managing own time and schedule and delivering on expected outcomes without excessive supervision.
• Solid organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must have already graduated with a degree or diploma related to HR, Finance, Logistics or IT.
• Must be a Mauritian citizen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French.
• Trainees must have a suitable working area to complete studies with an environment that is conducive to learning and to attending video/voice calls without distraction or interruptions.
• This is a full-time traineeship and cannot be completed after-hours or part-time.
• Trainees must cover their own internet data costs and must have a reliable and stable internet connection sufficient for regular video calls.
• Trainees must be unemployed for at least 30 days before the start date of the traineeship.
• Trainees must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.

Benefits

• We will provide a laptop to each trainee for the duration of the traineeship.
• Access to SAP Learning Hub worth over Rs140,000 will be given to all trainees for the duration of the traineeship.
• A total stipend of Rs15,000 per month will be paid to trainees with a degree, and Rs10,000 to trainees with a diploma.
• Successful completion of the program will result in a potential SAP Global Certification.
• At the end of the traineeship program, we will make employment offers to the top trainees or place select trainees with other companies where possible.
