Overview

JUA Group is presently developing its sales strategy and is recruiting a trainee to assist in implementing the appropriate tools.

DUTIES

• Compilation of a prospects/clients database for the targeted sectors of JUA
• Setting-up of a mailing procedure to establish initial contact with prospects
• Critical Review of our marketing plan
• Analysis of our competitors offer
• Assistance in the ROI modelization developed for prospects and clients
• Contribution in other projects of the group which require sales and marketing skills

• Commitment to abide to high confidentiality rules namely in respect to the protection of our Industrial Property rights as well as our sales strategy
• Self-reliance and organizational skills
• Capacity to ensure effective self training and learning in his (her) field of competencies while at the same time delivering expected results at operational level

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

• Training in Marketing, Sales and Business Management
• Knowledge in sustainable business will be appreciated
• Familiarity with African countries will be highly valued

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Fully familiar with IT open source environment, good practice of spreadsheets, database and other specialized open source software
• Programming skills will be appreciated

EDUCATION

Undergoing a university degree in a field of competencies close to the job requirements or young graduate

EXPERIENCE

This is an internship position but a junior profile will be considered as an advantage

LANGUAGES

Fluent in English or French, with a high preference for bilingual candidates

PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT

A training period of at least two months and up to six months, based on a internship contract, with a start as soon as possible.

PLACE OF WORK

The position will be based in Mauritius at the headquarters of JUA Group in Moka

LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY

If the internship is satisfactory to both parties, a permanent contract of employment set under Mauritian law may be proposed to the candidate
