Overview

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
• Perform company secretarial tasks for GBC and domestic companies.
• Attend board meeting and draft board minutes.
• Liaise with local authorities (ROC, FSC, SEM, CDS, etc) regarding ongoing operational and company secretarial matters.
• Advise clients on the company’s ongoing legal requirements from a Mauritian perspective.
• Perform bank account openings and bank transfer.
• Manage and monitor a portfolio of clients.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks.

PROFILE:
• University degree in Management, Finance or Law and/or studying for a professional qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Well versed in written English.
• English at A-Level would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Be flexible, able to work under pressure.
• Organized, autonomous, accurate, proactive with an analytical mind.
• Team player with a good time management and interpersonal skills.
