Overview

Tasks:
• Performing professional company secretarial tasks for Trust, GBC and domestic companies;
• Attending board meeting and drafting of board minutes;
• Liaising with local authorities (ROC, FSC, SEM, CDS, etc.) regarding ongoing operational and company secretarial matters;
• Advising clients on the company’s ongoing legal requirements from a Mauritian perspective;
• Performing Bank account openings and Bank transfer;
• Managing and monitoring a portfolio of clients.
• Ad hoc tasks

Your profile:

• University degree in Management, Finance, or Law and/or studying for a professional qualification;
• Good communication skills;
• Well versed in written English;
• English at A-Level would be an advantage;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Be flexible, able to work under pressure;
• Organised, autonomous, accurate, proactive with an analytical mind
• Team player with a good time management and interpersonal skills
