Overview

We need candidates who wish to provide ERP support as well as work on Power BI reports.

Key Responsibilities

1.     To project manage systems implementation such as ERP implementation and ensure that implementation is carried out as per business functional requirements

2.     To gather and document the business requirements specifications and monitor implementation of same through service providers

3.     To implement and manage software programs and business applications as per business requirements using PL/ SQL and associated tools

4.     Assist the business in ERP support and perform all related accounts maintenance processes such as accounts opening and closing and service procedures

5.     Define and design conceptual, logical and physical data organizations.

6.     Maintain the Data Warehouse on SQL server and construct ETL for data transfer

7.     Review and assist in the design of data models, repository, dashboards, reports within a complete functional and technical architecture

8.     Ensure business access to adequate, understandable, accurate data.

9.     To gather business requirements, mapping requirements with the Data Analytics tool and document the business requirements specifications

10.  To review and produce application and user documentation

11.  Perform implementation of setup and customization by following the internal change management process

12.  Independently and continuously assess existing systems based on business requirements and suggest improvements through improvement of existing platforms or new ones

13.  Perform different type of tests including Unit Test, System Testing, UAT, End to End run-through of processes after implementation up to business sign off

14.  To troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

15.  To provide application support to end users

16.  To report and provide adequate information on IT applications requests, incidents and projects

17.  To collaborate, design, implement and review IT policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement internally and for the group

18.  To continually seek to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce IT risks through the development of processes and control

19.  To facilitate IT Procurement Tender as specified in the Gamma Charter and raise purchase request for the IT Department

20.  To provide training to end users on applications

Behavioral Competencies & Required Skills

 

o    Experience on ERP systems finance functional modules

o    Experience on Power BI reports and dashboard development

o    Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity best practices

o    Provide support on ERP application issues in a timely manner

o    Adopt best practices in ERP and Data analytics systems configuration

o    Ability to set and follow process and procedures

o    Willingness to take up challenges and build new skills through self-learning

Candidate Profile

 

o    Degree in any Information Technology field

o    Certifications on Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Power Platform and other IT Software or Business Intelligence would be considered an advantage

o    2 years of experience on ERP Systems financial modules such Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle

o    2 years’ experience on Power BI
