Overview

Responsibilities:

1. Prospection and sales:

  • Identify and approach new prospects.
  • Present and sell the platform’s solutions, including the electronic payment system and ticketing platform.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to promote the company and its services.

2. Client Follow-up and Management:

  • Ensure follow-up with prospects and existing clients to maintain a relationship of trust and satisfaction.
  • Manage client contracts and ensure their proper execution.
  • Assist clients in their onboarding onto the platform.

3. Administration and Data Management:

  • Keep client and prospect files up to date.
  • Create and manage online partner spaces for each new client.
  • Analyze the market and trends to identify new business opportunities.

4. Support and Training:

  • Train clients on the use of our platform and tools.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure optimal use of our solutions.

5. Project and Event management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects and events from conception through to completion.
  • Communicate project details to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment, and participant accommodations.
  • Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.

Profile:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the company.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations is a plus.
  • Minimum of a Bac+2 in commerce, marketing, or a similar field.
  • Strong adaptability and initiative.
  • Dynamic, rigorous, and organized.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of the local market and trends.
