Overview
The assistant project manager must be dynamic, curious and involved.

Good understanding of management methods, waterfall, agile, lean or related.
Understanding of the dimensions of project management, i.e. planning, effort (budget) and tasks.
Knowledge of leadership principles.
Good communicator, comfortable talking in a team.
Pro-active and dynamic profile.
Ability and curiosity to deepen one’s knowledge on the topics shared.
Comfortable with excel and word office tools.
