The Talent team at EY provides effective talent solutions that support our business strategy and employer value proposition. Our Talent teams work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices to provide effective talent solutions. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and employer value proposition (EVP) to life.
Your Key responsibilities
You will engage with our employees and stakeholders across various levels of the organisation. You will be part of the talent team responsible for talent acquisition, managing the employee life cycle, performance management, employee engagement and HR operations. Your key responsibility will be to ensure a successful delivery of HR services to our people.
Skills and attributes for success
Responsible for talent acquisition and retention;
Deliver end-to-end recruitment in alignment with business objectives;
Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit;
Assist in learning and development activities and manage HRDC refund;
Manage the EY education loan scheme;
Maintain and update the data in the HR databases and manage employee files;
Provide support to employees on various HR matters;
Active involvement in employee engagement activities and Leave Management;
Provide HR reports and maintain accurate HR records;
Support the HR colleagues on daily HR operations, as needed;
Any other cognate duties
To qualify for the role, you must have:
A university degree in HR management or any related field;
1 to 3 year experience in a relevant HR role would be an advantage;
Good understanding of HR management scope and processes;
Understanding of key business principles;
Strong organizational an interpersonal skill;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
Accuracy, attentiveness, sense of duty, ownership and responsibility;
Understanding of high-quality requirements and standards of the international environment;
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…)
Ideally, you’ll also have
Good knowledge of local employment laws
