Checkout.com is looking for an Analyst, Financial Control to join their Central Finance team, based in Mauritius. Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable, you will be managing invoices and queries for the Accounts Payable function for several Checkout.com entities. The ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic team player who is proactive and organised with strong attention to detail.

 

About You:

  • 3-4 Years previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills both verbally and written
  • Previous experience of Coupa and or Workday an advantage
  • Solution driven

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing invoices and credits in Coupa for all 27 companies that CG currently looks after
  • Reviewing all expense claims for all 27 companies
  • Reviewing all credit card transactions – Barclaycard
  • Processing of Settlement Invoices (e.g. Mastercard etc.)
  • Review and fix Expense Error and Integration Error logs
  • Ensuring Bank Details are correct in Coupa when processing any new invoices.
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Chasing PO goods receipting with the business
