Opportunity and Key Responsibilities:

We are a US based Proptech startup using AI, big data and automation to change the way real estate development is done. In addition to our software solutions, our dedicated consulting team of consultants has a footprint in South Africa, Morocco, Kenya and the UAE where they advise on real estate projects across Africa and the Middle East.  The Consulting team provides a range of consulting services to real estate developers, investors and real estate professionals.

The key responsibilities of the role would include among other things the following:

·         Assist in the definition of a marketing and communication strategy and its implementation

·         Assist in the creation of digital marketing and business development materials

·         Manage social media presence of the team

·         Propose and create marketing and communication actions to promote our brand

·         Perform quantitative and qualitative data collection, management and analysis

·         Write media and business content

·         Assist with SEO strategies

·         Support the team of consultants in advising clients through market studies

·         Support the team in some aspects of web and software development

Profile of a successful candidate:

We are seeking full-time or part-time (20 hours per week) interns to join our growing team in Africa and the Middle East for 3 to 6 months (with possibility of extension and hire at the end of internship). We are looking for talents with education and interest in marketing, communication, social media, digital marketing, data science, real estate or consulting. A successful candidate would have good communication skills, an ability to work well within a team and independently, be curious and open minded, have international aspirations, manage time and work under tight deadlines, solve problems and ideate. Talents with a background in marketing and communication are likely to thrive within our team.
