Job Description:

Africa HR Solutions is a Mauritian-based company aiming to provide the best payroll solution for all employees across the African continent. We are looking for an International Marketing Officer who will be responsible for sourcing leads and making cold calls to potential clients to create interest in our services and generate sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and research on a daily and weekly basis.
  • To identify the “initial” request of the client through cold calling and propose a solution to potential client to finalize the lead.
  • Research of companies – NGO, Engineering, Mining, finance & other organisations that might need the services of Africa HR Solutions.
  • Cold calling in a tactical, eloquent, persuasive and clear manner to peak customer interest.
  • Engage in rapport building with the potential clients.
  • Describe the company’s services and engage interest. To send uniform, precise and customer-friendly brochures to potential clients when following up on leads.
  • Research of various companies via online resources to gain leads with the assistance of the Sales manager.
  • Work with the team to generate insights and recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Manage, track and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain customers’ databases and keep an accurate log of the contacts made.
  • Ensure that call target is met within the week.
  • Create and update activity reports.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in business management or any related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills in English. French is an asset.
  • Eloquent on the phone with confidence and persuasiveness.
  • Proactive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to work in a team to achieve deadlines
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Experience in research.
