This opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience across various departments of AfrAsia Bank. You will be mentored by industry experts, participate in impactful projects, and receive valuable training to develop the skills needed to thrive in the banking industry. The Project Support role is a contractual position, assisting in specific projects for a duration of ranging from minimum 3 to 11 months within different departments within the bank; Human Resources, Marketing, Global Business, Client services, Credit, ICT, CSR and others.

Key Responsibilities

•    Work according to bank strategies, ensuring accountability in your tasks.
•    Embrace change, listen to others’ perspectives, and commit to continuous improvement.
•    Assist colleagues, build relationships, and cooperate with others to deliver the best outcomes with     transparency.
•    Address necessary processes that enhance customer service.
•    Understand and contribute to the organization’s direction, helping maintain a smooth workflow.
•    Perform clerical tasks related to the project as needed.
•    Ensure compliance with the bank’s procedures and policies.

Requirements

•    HSC leavers, ongoing degree/ACCA or recent graduates in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or related fields.
•    Analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning.
•    Adaptability, team spirit, and a proactive approach to challenges.
•    Effective time management, organizational abilities, self-motivation to work independently, and customer     focus.
