– Survey on site
– Input the survey data into AutoCAD
– Create layouts such as furniture layout, lighting layout, electrical layout, etc., in CAD
– Produce detailed furniture drawings in CAD
– Ability to work effectively in a team under pressure
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Monitor site progress
– Assist in meetings and take minutes
– Conduct snagging and prepare snagging reports
– Proficient in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
– A dynamic, rigorous, and passionate individual
– Working hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM / Saturday 8 AM – 12 PM
– A driving license is required
– Fluent in both English and French
– Professional attire is required within the company
